Details: For players serious about their cricket and ready to go all-in, Sharpen Up: Premium is our most advanced coaching programme yet, delivering elite, personalised development designed to help young cricketers truly stand out. This exclusive course offers small-group, high-level coaching built entirely around each player’s individual needs, goals, and ambitions. From the very first session, your child will be treated like the athlete they aspire to be – assessed, supported, and coached to bring out their absolute best. Programme Structure: Block Two (January – March) Following an initial assessment, players and coaches begin working through a Personal Development Plan (PDP), supported by weekly bespoke coaching. Each session is carefully tailored to the group’s skill needs, covering batting, bowling, fielding, and game intelligence, with a strong emphasis on high-performance learning and technical refinement.Returning players from Block 1 will revisit key skills through a deeper, more analytical lens — transforming solid practice into real mastery. By the end of the block, players enter the 2026 season more confident, capable, and competition-ready than ever before.
