Details: At Surrey Cricket Foundation, we believe that every talented cricketer deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential. The Surrey Invitational Programme (SIP) is an exclusive, invite-only initiative designed for girls in the U11–U14 age groups who have shown outstanding promise and commitment but have not yet been selected for the Surrey County squads. This selective programme offers players a unique opportunity to continue their development within a high-quality, supportive environment that mirrors the standards and expectations of the county pathway. SIP aims to help players refine their skills, deepen their game understanding, and build the confidence and resilience needed to progress to the next level. Starting in January, the 10-week winter training programme provides weekly, skill-specific coaching delivered by our team of expert Foundation Coaches. Sessions combine age-appropriate technical training with discipline-specific development, ensuring that each player receives tailored, professional support to help them achieve their cricketing ambitions. The are limited spaces available at our venues so this is a first come, first serve offer.
