More
At Surrey Cricket Foundation, we believe every talented cricketer deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential. The Surrey Invitational Programme (SIP) is an exclusive, invite only initiative for girls in the U11 to U14 age groups who have demonstrated outstanding promise and commitment but have not yet been selected for Surrey County squads.
This selective programme provides a high quality, supportive environment that reflects the standards and expectations of the county pathway. SIP supports players to refine their skills, develop a deeper understanding of the game, and build the confidence and resilience required to progress to the next stage of their journey.
Block 2 of the programme offers bi-weekly, skill-specific coaching delivered by our team of expert Foundation Coaches, alongside a fixture against a neighbouring SIP centre across the ten week block (Monday 13th April - Monday 22nd June). To confirm, there will be 5 sessions across the 10 weeks.
Sessions combine age appropriate technical training with discipline specific development, ensuring each player receives tailored, professional support to help achieve their cricketing ambitions.
Spaces at each venue are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
