This skill development course will cover batting, bowling and fielding activities in a supportive and challenging environment that will ensure your child learns new skills.
This session is aimed at children with limited or no hard ball experience.
This course may use hard balls for some of the activities and so if your child has their own protective equipment this should be brought along because it is not provided.
The full list of protective equipment is a batting helmet, pads, gloves and an abdominal protector. A thigh pad is also recommended but this is not essential. If your child has their own cricket bat, they are welcome to bring this to the course.
If your child does not have their own protective equipment, they will still be able to take part in the session in full.

Following on from the Winter Programme, this is the summer offering for those players invited to join the Surrey Invitational Programme.
Summer Training sessions will be 2.5hrs and will alternate between the two groups each week. 5 sessions in total per age group, plus a minimum of two match days in August.
